My work is rooted in the belief that healing happens when we create space - in the body, in the breath, and in the nervous system.

I offer gentle 1:1 sessions that combine energetic healing, conscious breathwork, and intuitive guidance. This isn’t a method or a fixed system it’s a presence-led space for you to return to your own rhythm. Each session is shaped by what’s real for you in the moment.

I draw from my background in yoga, meditation, Traditional Chinese Medicine principles, and energy work — alongside my lived experience of transformation, nervous system repair, and spiritual practice.

Clients come to me when they’re moving through emotional heaviness, energetic depletion, stress, or reconnection with themselves. What I offer is a space to feel what’s really there - and meet it with breath, care, and clarity.

This work isn’t about fixing. It’s about remembering who you are beneath the noise.
